Valerio is a doctoral student in economics at the Center for Operation Research and Econometrics of the Université catholique de Louvain. He holds a BA in economics from the University of Rome ‘La Sapienza’ and a MA in economics from the Université catholique de Louvain. His research focusses on public economics and econometric models of consumer demand. Currently, he is working on testing models of consumer addiction and inattention to junk food products on large-scale scanner consumption datasets.
